This project focused on the complete restoration of residential oak flooring. Initially, the wood showed significant signs of surface wear and finish degradation. Therefore, a multi-stage hardwood floor refinishing process was implemented to restore the wood’s natural beauty. The team first performed a deep sanding to level the surface and remove old layers of finish. Afterward, a warm amber stain was applied to enhance the natural grain patterns across the living areas and stair treads. To ensure long-term durability, the crew applied high-quality protective coatings. These layers created a smooth, light-reflective surface that revitalizes the entire interior. Consequently, the home now features a uniform, high-gloss appearance that highlights the quality of the original timber.
