This project focused on hardwood floor resanding to correct surface wear, remove finish inconsistencies, and reestablish a smooth, even substrate. Initially, the existing finish was fully removed to expose clean wood. Subsequently, progressive sanding steps were applied to ensure uniform texture across all areas. As a result, the floors achieved improved consistency, better light reflection, and a refined natural appearance, preparing the surface for long-term durability.
